About the Opportunity:
We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
- Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
