The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Chef or Cook to join our collaborative kitchen team. This is a hands-on role in a creative environment where your ideas are valued. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for weddings, events, and à la carte service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Assist with menu development and daily specials.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Support smooth service during functions and busy periods.

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and creativity.

About You

Previous experience in a restaurant, winery, or catering environment.

Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing menus.

Team player with a passion for local produce and wine.
