ANE Technologies provides a broad range of technology services to a diverse group of customers. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our support team. The successful applicant will initially focus on caring for our help desk customers and assisting with workshop operations.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into other areas of the business, depending on your skill set, interests, and contribution.
Key Requirements:
Highly customer-focused with excellent English & communication skills.
Proactive thinker with a strong ability to prioritise and solve problems.
Solid Microsoft desktop support skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure, and related security configurations.
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Confidence in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers.
Ability to assemble and configure computer hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Understanding of business networks, both Domain and non-Domain environments.
Experience supporting a wide range of end-user and business software applications.
Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.
Basic experience with Windows Server environments, including setup, configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and general server administration.
Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Aptitude to acquire or develop new skills quickly.
(Not essential) Programming or scripting skills in PHP, Java, or Python will be highly regarded.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support.

Salary is negotiable within the displayed range and may be reviewed after an agreed period for the right person.
