From help desk to infrastructure and cloud solutions, our mission is to keep clients moving forward with confidence.

The role...

As a Team Leader, you'll guide a talented group of L1 -L3 Help Desk Technicians, ensuring they deliver outstanding service every day. You'll be the go-to technical escalation point, a coach for your team, and a trusted advisor for clients. Proactivity beats reactivity here - we're looking for someone who doesn't just solve problems but prevents them.

Your role will combine:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team to hit SLAs and exceed expectations
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for Level 2 and 3 issues
  • Driving continual service improvement and embedding a culture of accountability and service excellence
  • Building strong client relationships and overseeing long-term requirements
  • Leading projects, scoping solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery
  • Keeping a sharp eye on security and best practices across client systems

What You Bring...

We're after a hands-on leader who thrives in the MSP space:

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 3 years in a Team Leader or Senior SysAdmin role within an MSP
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor staff with deadlines and KPIs
  • Experience scoping and delivering IT projects
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
  • Bonus points for exposure to VoIP, Sophos Central, or ConnectWise PSA/Automate
