This time, we’re partnering with a leading community healthcare provider seeking short-term support from a Workplace Relations Specialist experienced in long-term workers' compensation cases.

The role

This is a 3-month contract, part-time (3 days/week), mostly remote with occasional in-person catch-ups in Kingsgrove.

You’ll step in to stabilise and progress around 20 ongoing cases, bringing structure, clarity, and practical direction to both employees and managers.

• Manage approximately 20 long-term workers compensation cases
• Guide managers through compliant, respectful next steps
• Liaise with medical clinics and external providers
• Support decision-making around return-to-work or resolution pathways
• Help ensure the business balances care, compliance, and practical outcomes
