ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded South Australian commercial landscaping contractor that is steadily expanding its operations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Leading Hand or Junior Supervisor to provide hands-on support across commercial landscaping projects. You will join a business that genuinely invests in its people, supports career progression, and values long-term development.

The Role

In this position, you will support the day-to-day delivery of commercial landscaping projects valued $500K–$5M. Working alongside experienced supervisors and senior leaders, you will gain the experience and training needed to progress into a stronger supervisory role. You will assist teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of day-to-day site operations.
• Assist in managing small teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with management to deliver high-standard project outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused site culture.

The Like Mind

You are a hands-on Leading Hand or Junior Supervisor with experience in landscaping, civil, or residential construction. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and pride in producing quality work.
