About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to lead a team of civil workers and plant operators, delivering subdivision and infrastructure projects across Adelaide.

This is a leadership-focused role where you’ll oversee every aspect of site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and local authorities.

You’ll be responsible for:

Daily site operations and workforce coordination

Health and safety management

Quality control and progress monitoring

Conducting site inspections

Ensuring traffic and environmental compliance

Maintaining strong client relationships and managing on-site expectations

About You:

You’re a confident, capable supervisor or a leading hand looking to step up with strong experience in civil construction and civil infrastructure. You’re used to leading by example, with a sharp focus on delivering high quality work and building solid relationships.

You’ll need:

5 years’ experience in a Civil Supervisor or Leading hand role

Demonstrated knowledge of earthworks, drainage, pavements, service trenching and retaining structures

Strong communication and leadership skills

A proactive approach to HSEQ management
