What you'll be doing:

Running small to mid-sized civil sites (civil infrastructure, SA Water projects, subdivisions, roadworks, earthworks, drainage)

Leading crews, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver top-quality work

Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers - no layers of middle management

Setting the tone for safety, teamwork and quality on site
