The Role

• Lead and motivate crews across civil and landscaping projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
• Manage safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Act as the link between site teams, project managers, and clients

The Criteria

• Experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in civil or landscaping works
• Solid knowledge of earthworks, concreting, stormwater and landscaping methods
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead crews and liaise with subcontractors and clients
• Organised and able to keep jobs moving while maintaining safety and quality
