Location: South Australia (Relocation Support Available)
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Car + Super + Weekly Productivity Bonus ($200/week)

About the Role

NexVentur is recruiting on behalf of a respected civil and concrete contractor seeking an experienced Supervisor or Leading Hand to join their team in South Australia.

This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for someone looking to relocate and become part of a growing national business delivering Tier 1 infrastructure projects.

You’ll be trusted to lead site teams independently, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across formwork, reinforcement, and concrete operations.

Attractive salary: $150,000–$180,000 + Car + Super (negotiable for the right candidate)

Weekly productivity bonus: $200 before tax (for casual employees)

Key Responsibilities

Supervise crews across concrete, formwork, and reinforcement works

Support Project Managers and Engineers with daily planning and reporting

Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance

Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and ensure SWMS and safety documentation are completed

Manage timesheets, materials, and daily diaries

Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive site culture

About You

Experience leading teams on Tier 1 or large civil/concrete projects

Strong technical skills in formwork, reinforcement, or concrete (at least one discipline essential)

Excellent understanding of HSEQ compliance and on-site documentation

Confident leader with strong communication and problem-solving ability

Open to relocation to South Australia (FIFO short-term considered)
