Lot 17, is searching for experienced Chefs and or Cooks, to complement their small team - in Warrnambool's newest casual fine dining restaurant. We are able to offer full time and or part time and casual opportunities.

Lot 17 - the business

Everything here is created to be shared. The wine you drink, the food on the table, the atmosphere – it is all about curiosity and good people. Everything is prepared on site with care, keeping waste low and sustainability front of mind. Our food is simple, seasonal and local. Lot 17 will support local, and when we cannot support local, we will support those that support Lot 17.

Lot 17 - the role

Open Wednesday to Saturday from midday until late for all day dining, as well as Sunday lunch. Lot 17 is also available for private functions upon request and subject to availability. We require a Chef to work alongside our small team, in our basic but efficient kitchen, in a combination of all day dining, and function shifts.

Lot 17 - the benefits

Accommodation, meals, and use of the company vehicle, may be factored into remuneration package. We are also able to offer work placement for partner, in food and beverage.
