We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and professional EA to support our Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Chief Quality and Governance Officer (CQGO).

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, reports, and presentations with attention to detail
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
  • Serve as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders
  • Review and streamline office systems and processes to boost efficiency

📍Coolbinia 💼 Permanent, Part-Time (0.6 FTE / 45 hrs fortnightly)

Due to operational requirements, work hours must be spread over at least 4 days/week (ideally 5), with some flexibility in scheduling

About You

  • Experience in providing executive support
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
  • A calm, professional approach - even when priorities change at short notice
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using a range of digital tools
  • A collaborative mindset and alignment with Ability WA’s values and purpose
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, COVID vaccination)
