We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and professional EA to support our Chief People Officer (CPO), Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Chief Quality and Governance Officer (CQGO).
About the role
In this role, you will:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, reports, and presentations with attention to detail
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
- Serve as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Review and streamline office systems and processes to boost efficiency
📍Coolbinia 💼 Permanent, Part-Time (0.6 FTE / 45 hrs fortnightly)
Due to operational requirements, work hours must be spread over at least 4 days/week (ideally 5), with some flexibility in scheduling
About You
- Experience in providing executive support
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- A calm, professional approach - even when priorities change at short notice
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using a range of digital tools
- A collaborative mindset and alignment with Ability WA’s values and purpose
- Right to work in Australia
- Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, COVID vaccination)
