About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at WA Commercial Real Estate as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager. This full-time role is based in our Osborne Park office and will see you supporting our experienced Commercial Property Management team.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties

Liaise with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained

Coordinate and oversee property inspections, maintenance and repairs

Prepare and manage lease documentation, including renewals, rent reviews and terminations

Support with financial management tasks such as rent collection, arrears management and budget preparation

Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients and tenants

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our property management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years' experience in a commercial property management or assistant property management role

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with a range of stakeholders

Proficient in using property management software and MS Office applications

Knowledge of commercial property legislation, regulations and best practices

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

A positive, proactive and customer-focused mindset
