The Role
We are looking for our next superstar - someone eager to give their all in a supportive environment, working alongside an experienced administration and clinical team. In this important role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to patients, the general public, practitioners and team members.
This is a permanent part-time role that will require you to contribute a minimum of 30 hrs per week. While your primary location of work will be at Melton, this role may require you to provide occasional coverage at our other Back In Motion clinic based in Bacchus Marsh.
You will divide your time between caring for our clients and undertaking essential administrative activities.
Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism and managing front desk operations.
Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a friendly and team-oriented individual who is committed to a high standard of client care. You will be a client-focused individual who brings:
Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
