Our busy and vibrant Physio Practice has an exciting opportunity for a fun and motivated Receptionist to provide front desk support and administrative duties at Hartwell Physiotherapy.
We have been providing physio care for our local community since 2007. Our busy practice has seven highly experienced and caring musculoskeletal Physios, with over 40 years combined experience. We have a personalised approach, enabling us to find the true cause of issues, avoiding quick-fixes and instead providing long-term solutions. We offer a variety of modalities to enhance client care, including dry needling, tailored Clinical Pilates and Functional Training.
This role would suit a natural multi-tasker who has great time management skills and enjoys a busy working environment with a variety of duties.
This is a permanent part-time position offering two shifts per week, where you will be required to work afternoon-evenings and every 5th Saturday morning. From time to time there will be the potential for extra hours when covering periods of leave for other team members.
Responsibilities:
Front of house providing customer service
Answering client inquiries
Booking appointments
Processing payments
Practice support
Skills/Experience:
Experience in Medical or Allied Health (Physio, Chiro, Osteo or Myo) administration is highly regarded, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills essential
