Support franchise recruitment by identifying and qualifying candidates.

Guide new franchisees through set-up, training, and launch phases.

Operations & Compliance

Conduct site visits and audits to assess franchise operations and ensure adherence to company standards.

Ensure franchisees maintain current and valid insurance coverage as required.

Conflict Management & Problem Resolution

Act as a key point of contact for franchisees facing operational or financial challenges.

Sales & Business Development

Manage the sale of tax depreciation and valuation reports.

Contact referrers to secure new business opportunities and convert quotes into sales.

Conduct both in-person and online meetings to drive report sales and build relationships.

Reporting & Strategic Insights

Prepare regular reports for TDA Directors detailing franchisee performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Provide strategic recommendations based on franchise performance and operational trends.
