What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing your own tidy portfolio
• Building great relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
• Handling QCAT when needed (or learning from a senior who can support you)
• Collaborating with a close-knit, motivated team

We’re Looking For:

• A registered Property Manager in QLD
• 2+ years experience in property management
• Confident communicator with a positive, proactive mindset
• Team player who values a fun, supportive work environment
• Someone who takes pride in their portfolio and enjoys helping clients
