What You'll Be Driving

This role is about action, connection, and impact. You’ll be out there actively growing our rent roll, not just sitting behind a desk waiting for leads to drop.

Prospecting for new management – from investor networks and direct leads to referrals and community engagement.

Conducting high-value rental appraisals that build trust and convert.

Creating genuine relationships that lead to long-term clients who trust and refer you.

Smashing growth targets (and getting rewarded for it).

You’ll Thrive Here If:

You have experience in property management or leasing, and you’ve got the numbers to show it.

You’re a natural communicator – confident, proactive, and able to build rapport fast.

You love a challenge, staying organised, and thinking like an owner.

You’ve got your QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence, plus a driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
