We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a professional team and take ownership of a well-established portfolio of commercial assets. This is a great opportunity to step into a key role with strong support and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent reviews
• Budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with legal, OH&S, and risk management standards
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and client value

About You

• Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager (2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property legislation
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Re-Leased, MRI, Yardi, etc.)
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
