We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with customers. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Processing general phone, email and face-to-face sales enquiries
Sourcing new sales opportunities through quote follow-up, outbound warm/cold calls and emails
Preparing sales quotes and consignments
Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
Sales reporting: Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports.
Determining customer's needs to deliver customer centric and solution driven outcomes.
Maintaining strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels both internally and externally
Manage a portfolio of SME accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships
Onboard new customers, including system training and compliance requirements
Support customers with queries, reporting, and quarterly reviews
Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in Zoho CRM
Collaborate with other teams to provide seamless service
Proactively leading the development of reports and delivery of on-site client visits on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to cover off tactical/strategic focuses and KPI management
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Internal Sales Representative or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft, TransVirtual and Zoho CRM highly desirable
Ability to build, connect and maintain relationships with customers
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Attention to detail with accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
