Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building rapport, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive a superior experience throughout their project lifecycle.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate key project milestones, manage support tickets efficiently, and contribute to the design of optimised workflows to ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish.
Product Development Contribution: Play a vital role in our innovation cycle. You will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) on new features, verify and document customer-reported issues, and provide valuable feedback to our development team.
