The Customer Care Specialist is a key member of Platinum Health Supply’s frontline support team, responsible for delivering empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance to our customers across multiple channels. This role supports the company’s mission to provide exceptional service and care, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and contributes to a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide responsive and compassionate customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.

Deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer service in our retail environment, assisting with product inquiries, purchases, and personalised support.

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Accurately manage customer orders, transactions, and records using internal systems and tools.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps or inefficiencies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Maintain showroom inventory and presentation

Learn and stay up to date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, retail, or government-funded program environments.

Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage customer interactions and data.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Willingness to provide or obtain relevant checks, including the NDIS Worker Screening Check, as required by the role.
