The Role

We’re seeking a confident and organised Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist who thrives in a role that blends customer interaction, process management, and coordination.
You’ll be the connection point between our customers, therapists, warehouse, and sales team; ensuring every quote, order, and delivery runs smoothly.

This isn’t a call-centre role; it’s a dynamic, detail-driven position where initiative, communication, and ownership make the difference.

What You’ll Do

Manage customer and therapist enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Prepare and follow through on accurate quotes, orders, and invoices; nothing slips past you.

Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to keep deliveries and collections on track.

Provide proactive support to sales reps and clinicians; ensuring smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance client experiences.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.

Strong written and verbal communication; clear, calm, and confident.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Experience using CRM or ERP systems (Zoho, MYOB, or similar).

A proactive, accountable approach; you take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.
