About Us
At Reflections Holiday Parks, our purpose is to share nature’s playground with our guests in a way that gives back to our communities and nurtures the environment.
We proudly care for 40 unique destinations, all located on iconic NSW Crown Land. Our focus is on creating memorable experiences, not just for our guests, but also our team. As NSW largest holiday park operator, our unique, nature-inspired offerings really set us apart from the rest.
We are proud to be the first holiday park group to be certified as a social enterprise, so you can be assured that we do business for good. Our profits are aligned to our purpose in four key ways – Social, Culture, Environment, and Economic.
About the Location
Set on the breathtaking Gumbaynggirr Country, Reflections Corindi Beach captures the essence of the Coffs Coast — where pristine beaches meet relaxed coastal living. Just 30 minutes north of Coffs Harbour and a short drive from Woolgoolga, this charming seaside haven offers sweeping ocean views, golden sands, and a welcoming community atmosphere. With direct beach access, dog-friendly areas, and nearby walking trails through lush coastal bushland, Corindi Beach is a destination for those who crave both adventure and serenity.
The Role
This is your opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role and play a key part in shaping the guest experience at one of our most loved coastal destinations. As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll support the Park Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the park, ensuring operations are efficient, standards are high, and guests feel right at home.
You’ll lead by example — developing and motivating your team through coaching and training, assisting across guest services and housekeeping, and ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standard. With a focus on collaboration, safety, and excellence, you’ll take pride in maintaining the park’s presentation, conducting regular inspections, and contributing to effective financial management.
More than just an operational role, this is a chance to grow as a leader, support a thriving team, and help deliver the Reflections experience that keeps guests returning year after year.
About You
You are a proactive leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and keeping operations running smoothly. With experience in supervisory or senior administrative roles, you know how to balance people leadership with practical, day-to-day responsibilities.
Your background in hospitality or tourism has equipped you with a strong understanding of what it takes to create a welcoming, well-presented, and safe environment for guests and staff alike.
You lead with care and confidence, ensuring safety and compliance are always front of mind, and you bring a solid working knowledge of WHS practices to everything you do. You’re ready to jump in where needed, support your team, and help create a place guests love to return to.
The Perks
In addition to a competitive salary, upon completion of relevant onboarding and training, you will have access to:
- Two free nights’ accommodation;
- A generous discount on personal travel to our parks;
- A friends and family discount;
- Parental leave gap payment;
- Salary sacrifice and novated lease options;
- Excellent wellbeing initiatives including Employee Assistance Program, annual flu vaccinations and Personal Plus Leave (which includes Birthday Leave);
- Activities and events that foster a sense of connection and belonging such as annual off-site conference and weekly One Team meetings; and
- A comprehensive education and development program.
