Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across bar, bistro, and gaming areas

Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house teams to deliver high service standards

Manage cash handling, compliance, and reporting procedures

Ensure RSA/RCG requirements and all venue licensing obligations are met

Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational efficiencies

Uphold venue presentation, safety, and customer satisfaction standards

About You:

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor in a busy pub or hotel environment

Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced settings

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills

Flexible availability across days, nights, and weekends

Must hold current RSA, RCG & ARCG credentials

Strong operational knowledge of bar, gaming, and food service
