Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, a refreshed, focused identity for the indoor space, while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.

The menu celebrates the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, brought to life with local produce and Bondi flair.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be hands-on in daily operations, leading the team, running service, and managing reporting. You’ll motivate staff, deliver excellent hospitality, and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
