We’re looking for a Night Audit Manager to join our award-winning team at Elements of Byron, a luxury beachfront resort in Byron Bay.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour overnight shifts (9pm–7am) with three consecutive days off. You'll oversee nightly operations, balance daily revenue, assist late-arriving guests, conduct property checks, and ensure smooth handover to day staff.

Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident working independently and overnight.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Night Audit or similar role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort
• Availability for 4 overnight shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays
• Confident working independently and making sound decisions overnight
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team
• Well-presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud highly regarded
• Solid understanding of hotel systems and basic IT troubleshooting
• Calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations
• Current Driver’s Licence essential; First Aid Certificate desirable
