About the role

This full-time Key Account Officer - Administration position at Careys Freight Lines' offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Based in Tamworth, NSW, you will be responsible for managing key administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our National High Profile Client.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service

Manage the full administrative cycle, including order processing, invoicing, and account reconciliation

Ensure operations are meeting KPI's and contractual obligations

Build and maintain strong client and team relationships to foster a collaborative environment

Maintain accurate and on-time records and reports to support business operations

Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed

What we're looking for

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

A self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Prior experience in Transport and Logistics is favorable, but not mandatory
