Office Allrounder – Join ACS in Glendenning, NSW!
Automated Control Solutions (ACS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Allrounder to support our dynamic Operations and Administration team. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, scheduling, and accounting skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with us.
We are expanding and looking for a suitable candidate who is eager to grow alongside us. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for a mature-minded and reliable applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily business operations, supporting technicians, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth accounting processes. You'll also contribute to contractor management and uphold ACS's values.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments
Scheduling & Dispatch – Coordinating technician schedules and responding to breakdowns
Office Administration – Managing emails, data entry, and daily operations
Customer & Vendor Liaison – Communicating professionally with clients and suppliers
Document Management – Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with procedures
Team Support – Assisting with general office tasks and contributing to a smooth workflow
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration and finance
Experience in accounts payable and receivable
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero)
Familiarity with job management tools such as SimPRO (advantageous)
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Commitment to ACS values and collaborative teamwork
Australian work rights are must for this position
