Outsourced Professional Solutions (OPS) is seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly and provide high-quality administrative support to our team.

About the Role
As the first point of contact, for our visitors and clients, you’ll play a vital role in representing OPS’s professional brand and ensuring our office runs efficiently. From coordinating meeting rooms and office supplies to supporting staff and assisting with onboarding, no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage meeting rooms, mail, couriers, office supplies, car park facilities, and minor maintenance.
  • Organise catering, events, and workplace functions.
  • Keep the office looking sharp and professional.
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation and system updates.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safe work practices at all times.

About You

  • 1–2 years’ experience in reception or office administration.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephony systems.
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters.
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a WWCC (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening
  • Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
