With the relocation of our current administration officer, we’re now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administration Officer to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional client service and providing vital administrative support across both our accounting and financial planning teams.
Your Role:
As an Receptionist/Administration Officer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Front Reception: Welcoming clients, handling enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Administrative Tasks: Data entry, filing, and billing/invoicing.
Document Preparation: Preparing reports, correspondence, and client documents.
Client Services: Managing follow-ups, collating and sending work, and liaising with ATO, ASIC, and other providers regularly.
Team Support: Supporting team members with ad hoc administration tasks as required.
About You:
Proven experience in a customer facing role with a strong client-service mindset.
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn cloud-based programs (including accounting software).
Strong written and verbal communication.
