The Role

This entry-level opportunity has opened because the last person stepped into a higher role – and you can expect the same pathway within 1–2 years.

Your days will include:

  • Welcoming clients, answering calls, and managing reception
  • Setting up the boardroom for meetings (including AV and refreshments)
  • Managing emails, mail, and filing
  • Supporting the admin team in a fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities
  • Keeping the office running smoothly, from coffee collection, mail and coordinating client car parking
  • Coordinating team celebrations such as birthdays, milestones and monthly morning teas

What you’ll bring

You’re polished, friendly, and reliable. You have excellent verbal comprehension and accuracy. You enjoy supporting a team of busy professionals and take pride in being organised and dependable. You communicate clearly, handle multiple tasks with calm confidence, and always notice the small details that make a big difference.

You’ll be comfortable with Microsoft Office, open to learning new systems, and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

Full-time working rights and Australian permanent residency are essential.
