This is more than just a front-desk role - it's the start of a career pathway. After your first 12 months of learning our systems, processes, and culture, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a Client Services Assistant (CSA) position, supporting our accounting and advisory teams.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our firm, you'll be the friendly face (and voice) that ensures every client and visitor has a positive experience. You'll work closely with our Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly and support our wider team with day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression
Managing incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
Coordinating meeting rooms, parking, and general office logistics
Providing administrative support such as document formatting and data entry
Assisting with HR, marketing, and office events
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the environment remains clean, organised, and inviting
Supporting the Office Manager with administrative projects and office management tasks
Managing ad hoc requests and running occasional errands (driver's licence encouraged but not essential)
Finding ways to improve how we do things - we value initiative and creative problem-solving.
About You
You'll bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in building a career in professional services.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a receptionist or office administrator
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, "make it happen" attitude
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A friendly, professional manner and commitment to great client service
Demonstrated customer service experience in a professional environment
Legal right to work in Australia
Your Career Pathway
After your first 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to step into a Client Services Assistant (CSA) role — supporting our accounting and advisory teams with:
Administrative support for accounting and ASIC corporate secretarial clients
Liaising with the ATO on behalf of our accountants
Assisting with lodgements and tax administration
Preparing and managing client documentation, invoicing, and database management
