Position Requirements

Perform a wide range of tradesman assistance tasks under direction from a qualified tradesman and basic maintenance and servicing to tools and equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers and irrigation repairs.

Performing grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Operations Supervisor.

Ability to perform a broad range of general services including coordinating office moves, furniture relocations, cleaning fleet vehicles, physical set up of special events/functions and basic grounds maintenance tasks as directed.

Ability to work in compliance with Workplace health and safety regulations.
