We’re partnering with a well-established commercial construction company based on the North Shore, known for delivering new build projects ranging from $5M to $80M across education, industrial, aged care, and health.

As they continue to secure exciting work, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Estimator who’s passionate about pricing complex projects and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Your role will include:

· Preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial new builds

· Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams

· Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing

· Contributing to tender submissions and value engineering processes

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has experience estimating commercial construction projects in Australia

· Understands the full tender lifecycle and can work independently

· Is confident using estimating software and Excel

· Enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive culture
