The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator ready to lead from the front in a commercially-focused, pre-construction leadership role.

This isn’t a back-office estimating job. You’ll manage the estimating team, liaise directly with clients, oversee contract negotiations, and take the lead in presenting competitive tenders that win work. What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring a team of estimators across multiple commercial and fitout projects

Managing pre-construction activities: from contract negotiation through to final submission

Allocating workloads and ensuring estimating deadlines and accuracy are met

Leading client communication and tender presentations – representing the company at a high level

Working closely with sales and delivery teams to align on project scope, pricing strategy and risk

Tracking and reporting key performance indicators to meet company targets and improve team output

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager in commercial construction and/or fitouts

Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring teams

Confident in a client facing role, able to present, negotiate and build trust

Deep understanding of estimating software, construction methodology and cost planning

Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of margins, risk, and profitability

Organised, proactive and outcomes-driven

Experience with Cubit and Bluebeam is preferred
