They are now seeking a full-time Receptionist / Office Administrator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a close-knit firm that offers autonomy, exposure to a variety of clients, and genuine work-life balance
As receptionist / office administrator, some of your key responsibilities will include
Prepare ASIC forms, minutes, resolutions, annual statements, and related lodgements; manage applications for ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYGW through the ABR and ATO portals.
Liaise with government departments (ATO, ABR, ASIC) to update client information, follow up requests, and ensure compliance.
Correspond with clients via email or letter, actively ensuring deadlines are met and documents are provided to accountants.
Schedule client meetings and support in-person interactions, including greeting clients, answering calls, and preparing refreshments.
Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and amenities of reception, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and staff areas.
Manage client data, including on boarding, off boarding, correspondence, signatures, and invoice payments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, electronic communications, courier services, and filing/archiving client documents.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and project work as required to support the team.
To be successful in this exceptional opportunity, you will have a minimum of 6 months reception experience, ideally within a professional practice, and be willing to learn new software with a positive attitude. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy client-facing responsibilities as the first point of contact, and be enthusiastic about developing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
