Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administration Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting the wider business. You’ll be responsible for document control, data management, reporting, and coordination with IT and suppliers to keep systems and processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management.
Collate and manage data for monthly reports using Excel and Simpro.
Support compliance and record management, ensuring all files are accurate and accessible.
Coordinate IT and supplier communication, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with audits, reporting, and business improvement initiatives.
About You
Proven experience in administration or office support (construction or infrastructure preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with a proactive and professional attitude.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
