Operations and Administration Support Officer
Location: Canberra
Employment type: Part-time (0.6 FTE+) or Full-time
Salary: $80,000 – $83,500 + super

At the Australian Childhood Trauma Group (ACTG), we specialise in trauma and attachment, providing therapeutic support to government and non-government agencies, schools, and individuals. We are seeking an Operations and Administration Support Officer to join our Canberra team. This role is central to ensuring smooth and efficient operations, supporting our clinicians and leadership team in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and families.
What you'll do
Provide professional and confidential administrative support across our Canberra office.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and office logistics.
Support clinical administration — including service agreements, billing, and client hour tracking.
Manage client records and data entry in our CRM system (Salesforce/Maica).
Experience with either Salesforce or Maica CRM systems is desired
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to system and process improvements across the organisation.
Assist with local office management, facilities, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
About you
You're proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You have:
At least 3 years' experience in business administration or project coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
A Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and a current driver's licence.
You must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Experience in the health, social services, or education sectors will be highly regarded.
