Aboriginal Family Support Services (AFSS) is a leading provider of culturally responsive services for Aboriginal children, young people, families, and communities across South Australia. AFSS delivers a wide range of programs.
This program will be based in Adelaide SA 5000.
Your new role
The Data Reporting Officer is responsible for supporting contract reporting and compliance across all AFSS programs. The role ensures that program data is collected, entered, and reported consistently and accurately, in line with contract requirements and organisational standards. The officer will work closely with Program Managers and the Contract Performance & Compliance Manager to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.
Who we are looking for
- Coordinate reporting efforts across all AFSS programs.
- Use standardised templates and tools to support consistent reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to meet contract deadlines.
- Submit high-quality reports that are factual, clear, and responsive to internal and external requirements.
- Respond to staff queries about reporting formats and data entry.
To be successful you will need
- A current South Australian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A current NDIS Workers Check
- A current National Police Clearance
- DCP approved Safe Environments for Children and Young People Certificate
- A current Valid and full South Australian Driver’s Licence
- Unrestricted eligibility to work in Australia
- Certificate in community services, data management, administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
