Assured Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development and Intake Officer to lead client acquisition, enhance intake processes, and build strong community relationships. This role is pivotal in connecting marketing strategy with service delivery, ensuring clients feel informed, respected, and supported from first contact through to onboarding.

This role is offered on a permanent part time basis - 0.8 FTE (4 days per week)

About the Role

  • Lead and improve the intake process across services (SIL, Community, Plan Management, Support Coordination).
  • Conduct needs assessments using NDIS plans, allied health reports and behavioural plans to match appropriate services
  • Prepare tailored Service Agreements and Quotes aligned with NDIS funding.
  • Drive business growth through market analysis, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent ACS at expos, forums, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop authentic messaging and promotional content.
  • Monitor and report on intake metrics, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster client relationships and implement feedback mechanisms to improve service experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer experience (preferably within NDIS).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS systems and service types.
  • CRM management and data tracking aligned with KPIs.
  • Proven ability to build referral pathways and community networks.
  • Experience in marketing collaboration and campaign analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification (minimum Cert IV) in Disability, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
