About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team at NQ Auto Group in Townsville, Queensland. As a fulltime Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and service department.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handling customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members

Scheduling service appointments and maintaining up-to-date records

Assisting with parts orders and inventory management

Providing general administrative support to the service department

Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Developing and fostering positive relationships with customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite

A professional and friendly demeanour with a keen eye for detail

A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our team
