What You’ll Do:

Be the heart of our office, greeting clients & managing telephone enquiries with warmth and professionalism

Support the Advice and Client Service team with administrative and client liaison tasks

Deliver an outstanding client experience through effective communication and organisation

Who We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate or school leaver eager to learn and grow

Or an experienced Receptionist/Administrator ready to embrace a new opportunity

Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented communicator

Organised, adaptable & proactive in finding solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

Previous experience within the financial services industry or client services role
