About the Role
We are seeking a capable and fast-learning Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in administration, a good understanding of accounts, and familiarity with the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping

Manage client communications and scheduling

Support prestart processes and documentation

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Assist with project coordination and workflow tracking

What We’re Looking For

Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude

Previous experience in administration (building industry experience highly desirable)

Knowledge of prestart processes and client management is a strong advantage

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero)

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
