Our client is a proudly WA-owned and operated manufacturer and supplier of custom precast concrete products, based in the north-east suburbs of Perth. Supplying to a range of industries, their products include concrete slabs, plinths, pit lids and covers, cable route marker blocks, composite covers, stormwater drain grates, and circular sewer chambers, among others.
Due to continued growth and a surge in new projects, they are now seeking an experienced Precast Supervisor to lead their production team of steel fixers, formworkers, and concrete labourers.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations in the manufacturing yard and workshop. You’ll manage a small, skilled team to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining top-quality standards and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the precast yard
• Oversee quality control and ensure all products meet client specifications
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff
• Manage workflow, resources, and production scheduling
• Work alongside your team when required, providing support and training
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing (essential)
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in construction or manufacturing
• Sound knowledge of concrete casting, mould setup, and finishing processes
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas)

• Mon to Thurs, 7am–3pm, Fri 7am – 1:30pm (overtime available as required)
• Salary: Circa $100K + super (negotiable depending on experience)
