Air Conditioning Installation Supervisor

Are you a skilled technician ready to lead and grow into management? Ford & Doonan, WA’s leading air conditioning specialists, are seeking a motivated Installation Supervisor to oversee residential and light commercial projects—and take the next step in your career.

About You

You are either:

• A fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration technician with:

o Full ARCtick certification

o WA restricted electrical license

OR

• An electrician with;

o A grade electrical licence

o Restricted ARCtick license

You bring:

• Proven experience in air conditioning installation

• Strong leadership skills and a desire to move into management

• A commitment to excellence and safety

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise A/C installations in:

o Single and double-storey homes (existing and under construction)

o Light commercial buildings (new builds, upgrades, refurbishments)

• Liaise with clients, builders and site representatives

• Ensure installations meet mechanical standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues

• Lead employed and subcontracted teams

• Maintain and promote OSH compliance on-site

Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with ducted systems, wall splits, and cassette units

• Strong understanding of OSH.
