Blue Phoenix Western Australia is part of the Blue Phoenix Group, a global leader in Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) processing. We’re committed to transforming waste into valuable resources and closing the recycling loop for Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facilities.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing team and help lead operations at our Western Australian site.

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you’ll be reporting to the Site Manager responsible for delivering daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting a team of operators in delivering efficient and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise site operations and staff

Ensure clear and determined task definition daily to operators

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Coordinate maintenance and production schedules

Support training and development of team members

Liaise with management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry (waste or recycling industry critical)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Commitment to safety and sustainability

Police clearance required
