As our Service Desk Supervisor, you’ll lead a small, capable crew who thrive on solving problems and helping people. Together, you’ll keep the City running smoothly ensuring our systems stay secure, our services stay online, and our staff stay supported.

What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver reliable, high-quality ICT support.
• Roll up your sleeves to tackle complex technical issues across desktops, servers and networks.
• Keep an eye on service queues, escalations and SLAs — making sure no call goes unanswered.
• Refine our processes, SOPs and knowledge base so things run better every week.
• Support ICT governance, risk and compliance activities.
• Play a key part in ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
• Broad ICT experience, from infrastructure to service desk support.
• A knack for building teams that care — you lead with patience, empathy and accountability.
• Strong technical know-how in Windows Server, networking and ICT service tools.
• A cool head and clear communication when priorities compete.
• ITIL knowledge or similar frameworks (desirable).
