The Role:

As Bar & Gaming Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our bar and gaming areas, ensuring high-quality service, compliance with all gaming regulations, and a positive, professional environment for both staff and guests. You will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring performance, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead bar and gaming staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with all gaming and liquor licensing regulations.

Monitor daily operations, including cash handling, stock management, and venue presentation.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Collaborate with venue management on events, promotions, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in bar and gaming management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
