About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Gaming Manager to oversee our busy gaming room. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, compliance, and team leadership, while enjoying a genuine work–life balance with a 4-day work week.

Key Responsibilities

Complete System One daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations

Manage cash handling and reporting procedures

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team

Ensure compliance with Victorian gaming regulations and RSG requirements

Maintain exceptional venue standards in cleanliness and presentation

Promote and ensure player protection through YourPlay knowledge and understanding

Manage CRTs, and EGM fault resolution

Coordinate gaming promotions and complete compliance checklists

Conduct staff performance reviews and support ongoing development

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a gaming management or senior gaming role

Strong working knowledge of System One

Sound understanding of YourPlay and its operational requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Current RSG and RSA certificates

A proactive, customer-focused, and positive attitude
